We’re excited to announce that our new Wallet feature is now live in our app! To access the wallet, make sure to update your iOS or Android app. Here’s everything you need to know about the wallet feature…
View your current balance and add a payment method
Replacing the old Payout feature, the Wallet can be found in your account section in the Shepper app. Open it up and you’ll see two tabs:
This shows you your current balance and how much you have earned as a Shepherd to date.
This is where you can add or update your payment details. Simply follow the in-app instructions to add your bank account.
You can also edit or remove any existing payment details here by clicking on them.
Manually withdraw your earnings (New!)
Want to have an early payday? With the Wallet, you’ll now be able to withdraw your earnings manually twice in a month. This means you won’t have to wait until the end of the month to access your money.
You can withdraw any amount over £20 for free. Withdrawing balances less than £20 will come with a small fee to cover bank processing fees.
Don’t have time to manually withdraw your earnings? Don’t worry, we’ll still always auto-withdraw your balance when it’s over £20 at the end of the month.
If your balance is under £20, it will accumulate in the Wallet and carry over to the next month.
Look at your historic earnings (New!)
The wallet feature will make keeping track of your past and present earnings easy and hassle-free. Now with an added transaction history, you can see a list of all the money you’ve earned from jobs, bonuses or referrals. You’ll also be able to see any withdrawals, and easily filter your transactions to see them over a certain time period.
You’ll now also be able to download a record of all your transactions. The Wallet lets you export your job history, making it easier to get all your paperwork in order.
We’ve also added a handy earnings chart, giving you more control and transparency over how much you’re making with Shepper in a day, a month, or a year.
Now that you’re all caught up with the Wallet feature, why not check it out in the app and test it for yourself.
This feature was built with you in mind
