Lucky Saint wanted to ensure that their premium alcohol-free beer was stocked, and which no/low alcohol beer staff recommended in key locations. Additionally, they wanted to know the prices for products in the category at each pub.
A bespoke data collection template was created to capture the depth of required information. Shepper TV, our unique support and training channel, was used to guide our Shepherds through the requirements of the job.
Our team visited 98% of the target locations. Lucky Saint was available in 77% of the pubs we visited and was the most recommended low alcohol beer. Our client had all the information they needed to focus their sales efforts to increase distribution, and improve staff knowledge.
