We’ve started off the new year with another new appointment – Chris Pearson joins us as Product Director. With over a decade working with crowd-sourced data collection applications, Chris brings a wealth of experience finding and developing new business opportunities as well as managing and motivating crowds.
Having run his own traditional field marketing agency for over 15 years, in 2010 he identified the emerging value of data-enabled smartphones to allow individuals to earn money carrying out simple, local data collection tasks. Chris then licenced and grew Field Agent, one of the first crowd-based apps in Europe. Building on this success he developed his own app, Task360, which explored new opportunities outside of retail and market research, including asset checking and street works. This was acquired by BeMyEye in December 2017 and Chris took up the role of VP Sales before taking time out and assessing the best way to further disrupt an industry he knows inside out.
