At Shepper, we take care of things for businesses. In both senses. We mobilise our human-powered, tech-enabled network to check their assets quickly, without any fuss or faff. And we take care doing it. It doesn’t matter how small the job is, we make sure it’s done perfectly – every time.
Since launching in 2016 we have already been named a top 100 UK start-up twice and launched operations in over 20 countries across the globe! Founded in 2016 by serial entrepreneurs Carl August Ameln, Ben Prouty and Jan Vanhoutte, the team have grown to almost 30 in 3 years. Now we look to the future of Shepper, with exciting plans in order to support our ambitious growth and international expansion targets.
We are looking for a front-end developer that wants to join a fast-moving start-up in a very unique space. Your role will be to work closely with the Chief Product Officer and Lead Platform Developer and our growing development team to continue to build the next generation of our product.
You will be highly motivated, a brilliant engineer, able to speak your mind, and be passionate and proud of the work you produce. Your time will be spent between evolving the customer facing web app of our platform as well as participating in the development of our mobile app.
You will have experience in the following:
- HTML & CSS
Understanding of the following would be nice to have:
- React Native & mobile development
Importantly is a good eye for design and building exceptional customer experiences is a must. A desire to learn the back end with PHP (Laravel) & AWS is welcome.
